Pulsar serial numbers

Does anyone knows where i can get the Pulsar models and its respectives serial numbers.

The various models are listed on a number of sites (there are about 80, depending on how many variations you want to count), but nobody, it seems (except me, maybe), is doing anything about keeping track of the serial number blocks. i can hazard a pretty good guess as to how many of the major models were produced, but beyond the top eight or so, it gets very sketchy. I've held that total output from the Lancaster factory, over a period of five and a half years, was half a million watches, give or take 10%. I have yet to see a better number in print, anywhere.

If not, would you share this information?
I just want to position myself and the pieces i have (pulsars) comparing it to the production line/time.

I have a general compilation of serials of various models, but nothing ready for publication. Really, the only important numbers for any given model are the low and high ones. It's not difficult to guess what the lows are; generally have a lot of zeroes in them (for example, P2s, 10000, Executives, 200000, P3s, 100000, Calculators, 700000). So, I am mostly on the lookout for new "high" serials. Often, within the larger number block, there are much smaller, restricted blocks for solid gold cases. I remember touching off one of the most heated exchanges in this Forum's history by simply attempting to estimate the total of all Pulsars that Time Computer produced (I still stand by my original guess of roughly half a million). That sounds like a lot, but, averaged out over 5 1/2 years, is only about 350 watches per day...a miniscule output, by today's standards (but, a remarkable achievement, back in the day, given how human-labor intensive the assembly and testing was...no robots, 40 years ago). As to what percentage of those might still be in working condition (which would probably vary wildly, depending on the model), if I say 20%, I don't think I'm off by much, either way. The original designs had a 100-year lifetime goal, but the real world has had the last word on that. A few will make it, no doubt, but eventually, there will be no more original working Pulsars.
