About how many GF P2 Date II watches were made? I have never seen any for sale over the years. I see the SS ones for sale from time to time. The GF ones must be very rare.

I have seen one (not in person). One of this forums members has a pic of one on his website. He can chime in if he wishes. Rare is the word either way!

simple to get done if you know someone willing to plate a ss one

Plating would be fraudulent non original way of doing it. I have one. I also have pictures of a 14k solid gold DII. The setting was also different if i remember. "Auto set". I will post up pictures the weekend. There was a GF DII case on eBay with no module and bracelet a few weeks ago.

Here are the pictures of the 14k Solid Gold Date II. I cant find any model number for this watch. These are the only pictures I've seen of one. Apparently John Bergy authenticated this watch back in the early 90's.
