Who Manufactured Pulsar Leather Bands?

While searching ebay for leather bands that looked similar to OEM, I noticed that there are a few Mormac bands that look suspiciously like original bands. They have the same wide "belt loop" for holding the end of the band and they even have gold lettering on the inside. They do have a little bit of length beyond the "belt loop" that the original Pulsar bands lack but perhaps that is due to the extra length made up by the Pulsar buckles.

Does anyone know who Pulsar contracted to manufacture their leather bands?
