Did anyone else see Barry's latest grab bag on Ebay ? It had a module with a green display !!! I was half-tempted to grab it. I'd love to see this one lit up. Only problem is you'd need a green top (or a clear one):

The listing states "MAY BE A GREEN COLOR LED" which to me could equally mean it may be a red LED display which is full of green battery acid damage.

Still you never know!

Maybe it was sold to a forum member?

He had a separate listing which included a clear top case.

I'm pretty sure it is a green display. If you look at the 3rd photo, it looks very much like other green displays I've seen.

I did see the clear top this week. If he'd have put them in the one listing, I'd have hit the 'Go' button.

The green hue to that movement is very inconclusive as being a green display - there are some Frontier modules where the plastic over the display is fairly green. Surprise! Red display. And many of the green displays look exactly like a red display, with no hint of their color output. Really comes down to the chemical mix and what colors the glass is filtering and allowing.

Final sad thought - that clear top Barry has for sale needs to be opened. The rub...

Nice find there JThomas! 8-)
Is that a nylon band on it? Haven't seen that before.
What price did you pick it up for?
