Hughes 25mm Programmable Module?

Post01 Oct 2010, 20:36

Did Hughes make a 25mm programmable module?

I had a look through my junk box of bits and found a Hughes 25mm module, I tried it with batteries and it lit up but not correctly, some segments where very bright some dim, I went through the set procedure and found that it scrolled through the alphabet on each of the 5 digits as per the 29mm Hughes programmable module. Once the set procedure was complete the module displayed a sequence of 5 lots of random letters on the third press of the command as if attempting to display a message.

I have only ever seen a 29mm programmable module, have I missed this one?
