Need Help With a BENRUS

I picked up a BENRUS watch (see pic below) at the flea market; I figured out what type of batteries to put in it, and I'm getting some numbers, but can't figure out how to set it (or do anything with it for that matter). When I press the left button, a "1" appear on the right side of the display. When I press either of the right buttons, it flashes (from right to left): 0, 0, then 1, then continues to flash these numbers repeatedly quickly.

Any suggestions?
