Anyone heard of a Criterion brand?

I just found a silver ladies LED watch. The only marks on the back of it that would identify it reads on the back plate:

Criterion
Hong Kong
559

Also on the back plate is says 'Digital Quartz' and 'Stainless Steel Back', and on the self-clasping fold band it reads '100% Stainless Steel'.

Ah, thanks. So it's not unheard of. I see there are no photos in the gallery. I'll have to try a new battery and then take some photos of it whether it works or not and post them.
