LED Watch/Module ID??

I've posted earlier but you guys needed pictures.
Well, here they are! I think that the watch is a Mintron or look-a-like.
There's no name on the watch and nothing on the bracelet.
The module is broken.
I would like to know what module and if possible buy one.
