Novus LED batteries and time setting please

Post29 Jul 2012, 20:05

Hi all

I have a Novus LED which I'm very fond of, but have not looked at for quite a few years. I recall removing the batteries when the display started to fade, and have not replaced them since. Can anyone tell me what kind of batteries I need for it please? I do hope it still works, unlike my Pulsar 3502 - I've posted in the Pulsar section, and would be grateful I'd you could have a look if you think you might be able to help..

Finally, assuming the Novus does still work, can anyone tell me how to set the time on it please?

Best regards

No general rule here - depending on the thickness of the black plastic module holder and the type of battery contact springs it could be either 386 or 357. If in doubt try the thinner 386 first, by now means squeeze in the thicker 357 if its not meant for as this could crack the circuit board

Entering the setting mode is performed by pressing the lower recessed button.
