EWT 92% sterling silver LED watch

Post13 Jan 2016, 19:12

This just arrived in its box but unfortunately not working. I dont recognise the brand. It was a San Fransisco company according to the box.
Can anyone give some advice on the module and where I might be able to get a replacement, its a nice looking LED in great condition so I'd love for it to be more than a shelf filler.

Not an exceptionally common module i fear. How's the display? Is a repair still possible?

IF you haven't sourced a module, post the dimensions
(diameter and thickness) and button positions. I or someone else should be able to set you up.

Ssweet watch. :O`~

Still haven't sourced or touched the model Ed. Here are some extra photos. Diameter is 25mm and buttons are 2 and 3 o clock. Another question, if its silver why hasn't it gone black? Is it because of the lower percentage of silver?

The module is "beyond repair". Noteworthy that it was "repaired" before by someone soldering in custom contacts (Didn't feel like cleaning the original ones i guess?).

Sterling silver goes dark after a while, depending on storage it can take many years until that happens. And it doesn't get black like coal, it just gets much darker. Maybe the watch was polished a while ago? Or it is "chinese" sterling silver... XD
