Re: wire bond repair neded, on a Bulova Big Block 228 module

Hi guys, I've got a very nice Bulova Big Block red LED watch, one of the gold plated ones, and the watch works and keeps excellent time. However, the middle line of each of the last three digits doesn't light up, so that 8's look like 0's, for example (the first digit, which is always a 1, is unaffected). Since it's affecting each of those digits in the same way, with the missing middle line/segment, I'm guessing that one single loose wire bond that powers the middle line of each digit, is the culprit? And, if so, I'm wondering if there is anyone who can fix it, and how much it might cost to repair it? Thanks very much in advance, Dodger ;-)
