Which Module will I need for this Bulova. I have the watch, but with no module in it. Which module will I need to get? Are there any alternatives to the original?

It's a Mostek. You get them in Bulova N6 and N7 watches (not the computrons though) and Imado and Corvus used them too. It's a common button configuration so you could probably bung something else in there but I'd look out for a beaten up working bulova if I were you as it's a really nice watch with the correct module in it (check out the one on Azimuths website for pics of the module).

It should have a Mostek, but that one in the picture definately isn't....their display had he traces on the underside of the display substrate, with small connection points/pins protruding upward for the wirebonds to the LED segment.
Bulova's # 9 & 15 show it about best.

The one in the picture looks like CTC(Chicago Telephone Co.) display traces...they also made the driver's modules for Bulova and many of the regular Bulova LEDs - generally contacts at 2 & 7, although some at 1 & 3. Maybe our writer could tell us which button pattern his has. 2 & 7 means CTC only will work. :-?

#5 has the traces like #2 - buttons at 2/7, CTC module.

Considering John Eton(owner of the watch linked in the post) is/was a serious enthusiast, he might have rigged himself something special. 8-)
