Hello Judda,
I would say that all the parts are present together with a few extra bits.
The module (insides) is made by Hughes Aircraft and should be fitted with two LR44 batteries which are freely and cheaply available on ebay.
The batteries fit inside the recessed holes which are marked at the bottom with a + (positive) and a - (negative) symbol.
Install the batteries by matching the symbols up.
The metal strip with the 2 hooked legs fits into the slots in the centre of the module and spans the two batteries to complete the electrical circuit.
To fit the module in the case line the 2 metal strips on the side of the module up with the command (push) buttons and gently push it into place, obviously when it is fitted correctly the digital display where the time shows will be straight when viewed from the front.
Finally press on the back casing to close up the watch and press the command button to see if the watch functions.
Regards Mick
