Can someone identify ?

Today I recieved a watch which has this info: Bottom LEFT of crystal marked TIME DATE; Back has written on it TIME-DATE with HONG KONG MADE DIGITAL QUARTZ SHOCK RESISTANT WATER RESISTANT circled round the TIME-DATE logo; clasp has 100% STAINLESS STEEL HONG KONG on it. Can someone confirm this is made by a company called Time Date or am I way off ? Many thanks....

Thanks bucko. I'm just back from a family holiday. My first job is now to get the correct tools for opening my watches. I'll need to spend some more time (precious commodity when the family demands so much ) on this. I will slow down on the buying & speed up on the learning. Lifes pace can really sweep you up at times; I'm sure most people will know what I mean!! I'm going to sit down tonight & purchase the tools that have been suggested to get me going. Once that's done I can follow the instructions supplied in order to get pictures of my watches onto the forum & hopefully this will allow the experts to assist me further still. Thanks again.
