Texas Instruments LED Model #402/Battery Replacement

Post24 Jan 2009, 18:44

I have a Texas Instrument LED Model #402 and need to replace the battery. Does anyone know if this is a pop-off back or a threaded seal? It looks like a pop-off, but I just can't tell for sure. I'm afraid of damaging the piece. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Its a pop-off, If you look closely where the caseback fits into the case you'll see a very thin line/gap insert a back removal tool and twist it and it'll come off... :-)
