When in December did you buy? International shipment can take some time (depending on customs).
Which shipping option did you chose?
Did you contact the seller? What did he answer?

(I'm neither associated with that store, nor have I ever purchased there)

Indianajns - welcome. I'm with ReWolf, be patient a little longer. I know the guys over at Ledwatchstp, and they are generally very good about their deliveries. With it being a Saturday, you item probably wasn't shipped until 29th or possibly until January 2nd. And your piece may be sitting in a customs office only a few kilometers from you. Give it another week before getting sad.

You have rain - lucky man. Nothing but snow here.

Hi..this is Troy from LEDWatchStop.

Sorry for the problem. Usually packages fly through customs with no problem...but sometimes (thankfully rare) a package will be inspected and processed by your government customs agency.

We all know how government agencies can be!

If your package is being processed through customs then it can take up to 4 weeks or more. It should arrive soon.

Thanks

Finding a new movement for your watch can work better if you:
a) open a new thread (many people will not read this thread here because they are not interested in Eagle watches)
b) tell us the name of the watch, if possible (brand and model)
c) show a photo of the old module
d) post photos in reasonable resolution (2600 pixels and 800kByte is a bit too much)

I sent a watch from the U.S. to the U.K., and it sat in British customs for 8 weeks. I was told by the Post Office that I couldn't file an insurance claim until it had been missing for more than 8 weeks. I was about to file a claim when the watch arrived in perfect condition.

I have been buying watches for quite a few years now, and the excitement of waiting for a new watch still hasn’t worn off. Waiting since December 27 would seem like an eternity to me too, but I think you are going to have to hang in there a bit longer.

HI...sorry you are having trouble. By now..the watch is probably on the wrist of some proud postal employee! We checked the customs numbers.....and they have not been scanned.

Please contact our office and we will send again. 99.9% of first class international arrives successfully. However..I suggest you opt for EMS express shipping with online tracking. It is more expensive.....but it will be more reliable.

You always have to consider tax and custums when you buy abroad.
In Germany, it is 19% import turnover tax plus customs fee (which is very low for digital watches). Tax is calculated including shipping fees. But often you are lucky and don't have to pay at all.

Well yeah in germany customs CAN be quite cool, one shouldn't try to show them forged paypal documents any more, some customs offices already know the trick... ;-)

Here in germany they pick individually what packages they find "suspicious" of having customs value. Here in Düsseldorf they sometimes are even like "Nah, its okay, just go" when the customs value is over the "free" value, but too low to really fill out the dozens of forms.

I recently even had got a package that had one of the customs "Don't deliver, bring to customs office" stickers on it, but the postman was probably like "ewwww, like i can read...". :-P

Hi

After 3 week, the watch is out of order.

The first quadran is not operational: no hours and no month, just minute and day what a pity.

Also i pay 28 euro more for custom.

the watch 75€
transport 30€
Custom 28 €

Total 133 € for 3 weeks.

Have got a rolex oyster perpertual date too and cost 300€ in 20 years.

What do you think about this?

i'm not hangry but its a shame

Thank

merci
