Looks like a Benrus to me, but that from my mind, so i could be wrong. Due to the separate covers for the Batteries and the general look i would estimate it around 1975-1976, but I'm only guessing here. The case and bracelet could use some polishing although some people are totally after the "Used look" which can be appealing if its not worn with a dress suit.
Klippie tip is well, just make sure to not use too much force or you can accidentially force the buttons out of the case. Just rinse and repeat, after many uses most of the grease stuck in the button will wear out, the alcohol helps solving it. If you still have problems then heat can also help, after removing the sensible module just gently apply warm air with a hairdryer, make sure you dont burn it or melt the plastic display if you leave it in the watch.
Nice finding, an oldtimer with style and probably a story to tell.
