Newbie needs help with Croton LED Watch

Post05 Sep 2009, 04:48

Hello,

I have a Croton Led watch, currently without batteries and unknown if it works or not. Can someone tell me what batteries I need for this watch and how they are inserted in the case?
Thank you.

The port(hole) with the bigger pad gets the battery's totally flat side(+) down against it. The smaller pad gets the side of the battery with a nipple down against it - yes, they go opposite directions.

Probably takes battery #357

Thanks a bunch! I had the batteries and I have red numbers when I press the buttons.

Now, do you have any idea how it's set? Sorry, I don't have a clue about this sort of watch.

Nice Watch!

The middle recessed button is the set button, press it in and you should get a single digit displayed, press in the top command button to advance the numbers, (it will probably start with the month) once the desired number has been selected press the set button to move on to the next function (probably the date) and continue to work through setting the hours and the minutes, press the set button to finish and check the time and date are correct.
