
LED watch in about 35 years. I think this is late 70's vintage, movt is by Sharp.
Band not original. SS case is ~37mm, Red crystal/lens is ~32mm diameter.
I like the large signed "SANDOZ" on the crystal/lens, too many LEDs look generic to me
without something like that on there. Takes a couple of those large 386 batteries. Has a pretty nice
display sequence:
1st push - Time of Day - HH:MM ( 7:34) (no AM/PM indication)
2nd push - Weekday/Date ( WE. 7)
3rd push - Month/Date (10. 7)
If you press and hold the pusher for a few seconds, watch displays
seconds of time instead of HH:MM , & it flashes them once
per second to preserve batteries I presume.
Sets ( very easy ) via the recessed set mode pusher near 4 oclock.
This was supposedly NOS, not sure about that but it's in pretty damn nice
shape anyway. Fun to get one of these again. Any further info appreciated, Thanks in advance....
