To use or to preserve..

Post20 Jan 2010, 20:45

Hello everybody.

I recently bought a bunch of clocks from fleemarket, there amongst others were this one clock.

Corvus
solid state

After cleaning old batteries out of case and putting new ones in, it worked nicely..

now my problem is, do I go with my original plan and put the clock apart and use its internals for another project clock for my little brother. (steampunk/dieselpunk wrist watch, or pocket watch)

or

is it rare enough, and in good condition enough to be valuable enough to be worth of putting new strap on it, and ether keep, sell, give as gift to my son..

As I looked from internet, I could find very little information about this clock. I found couple of pictures of same brand clocks, but none of them were identical with this..[/img]
