I really don't think so. TI always had thier logo on the watch, even if it rubbed off the crystal there would still be either the indentiation on the crystal, or it would say 'Texas Instruments' on the caseback.
If it's a Hughes module like the other square watch pictured, then it's definitley not TI. TI made their own modules.
But it's still a cool watch (not a fan of the band though...

the band.lol you know what i was about to change the band for another
contempory band.but then i thought
1.its a terrible band.who the hell would want a calender on the band.
which you have to rotate by hand.lol.and i dont know about others out there in DWF land but being a old git! i could never read it.its tiny..
