more interesting found L.E.D watches 1 of 4

heres a rather typical 1970s shape.but with a nice extra angled style
soooooo 70s it hurts.
unknown brand.large size.
p.s that is the correct size of strap for the lugs..the watch case hangs wide of the lugs.

only problem is..well..you know when we wear our old leds
and strangers catch a glimpse of the watch, most then seem interested..
normally reacting with;
"hey cool watch..where did you get it? is it old?"
but after wearing this watch a few times
the persons expression is normally...

they look at it...
then look at me ..
then back to the watch..
and kind of walk off..either smiling or looking a little perplexed.lol

so iam afraid to wear it for fear of people laughing at me.lol
(this wouldnt bother Ed as people often point and laugh..lol )

One of the apprentices at work spotted my LED the other day and asked about it, one of his comments summed it up for me..."its not much good if you have to press the button to see the time"

Good point F.G. And I sincerely hope it never happens. It would make prices skyrocket and collecting for us 'regular folk' too darn expensive. ~:(

TRUE ...LEDluvr.but on the other hand i do feel theses watches are part of 20th century design history, and should be vauled as such.so a wider audience would highlight this.or am i just a sad old got no life geek.lol

"grow up" my GF keeps telling me.lol
