Boy, I hate pictures like this...good enough to show you basically what's there, but just out-of-focus enough to obscure all fine detail. Anyway, to the watch itself...not a battery problem. Onset of battery exhaustion dims all the digits down equally, until toward the very end, when the number of segments lit determines a digits' brightness [in other words, a 1 brighter than a 0, a 7 brighter than a 5]. But here, the 0 [six segments lit] is brighter than the 2 [five segments lit], so something else is going on; my guess is a failing digit driver transistor. Not a calamity, if I'm right; it's a repairable defect. Personally, I'd rather have a more ordinary one with a perfect, bright display, but, it's your money, and only you can make the value judgement.
