Modulus? Advance?

I purchased this watch recently, comparing the watch to the photo's on http://www.ledwatches.net/ leads me to believe it's a Modulus but the inside of the case back is stamped 'Advance.' Is the maker Advance and the model 'Modulus' or I am off track?
