Post05 Oct 2010, 19:29

Hi
I have a watch five years ago I bought it

Thing is there are no markings on the watch to say what make it is.
I just inserted new batteries x2

Any ideas and honest price its worth as I probably will sell.

Sorry I don't know the model or make but I'm surprised no one else has jumped in here - must have everyone beat.

Are there any markings on the inside of the case back or on the module itself?

I thought it might be a Hamilton but having compared the photo's of the two the one I was thinking of is not the same; only similar.

Hamilton.

Ladies watches usually achieve lower sales prices than gents watches and I would agree with the £30 to £50 estimate - assuming its not solid gold of course.

First shot(back0 looks like it has the Hudson Harris "hh" down at the bottom(sometimes done lowercase). Obviously has the woman's frontier module(like a ladies Hamilton....Time at 3 o'clock, setter at 5 o'clock. Nice looking watch. $30-80USD

I already listed it two times past two weeks with buy it now for £70 then decided with two new batteries and nice watch needed bit more £99

Nobody even watched the auctions

its because of your price mate the watch is only worth 30 to 50 on a good day pounds that is you wont get any more for a ladys watch start off at 25 quid and let it run for 5 days

You would need to get very lucky to sell at that price, if you want it to sell start it off with a low auction price (0.99p) and let it find it's own level but don't expect it to sell for anywhere near the £99 you mentioned and be prepared for it going for much less; on a bad day it might only make a £5, women's watches just don't carry the same premium as men's.

yes i would say the same as this man but if you dont want it to go for a fiver start it off at 20 quid but then again you might not get a bid again if you want it to sell start off at 99 p as he says it will find its price after 5 days on anyway what ever you get its not going to pay much of a bill for you as its not a mans watch and its a no named watch 15 to 25 quid with the wind blowing

Not a chance - their stuff was strictly common "department store" quality.
