Help identifying this nice module

Post04 Jun 2012, 07:21

I got this GRUEN non worker at the flea market, looked interesting, put batteries and no life, Well
I put it away.
I ordered my fist soldering station last week, a HAKKO FX 888, by the way it works great,
I went back to the old watch, a close examination looked clean, no oxidation, a little shaking and I hear some
ratle, MMM. It was coming from the QC , bingo broken QC. I just did my first successful QC transplant, did I
mention the module has flick of the wrist function and large dot display just like a Pulsar P2 . The donor as motion sensor has well. This donor gave me a QC and a Fresnel
magnifier for my Phasar 2000 with a Hughes module, now display is larger. LIFE IS GOOD :-D

Wow,

Nice module indeed and nice touch using the magnifier.
