pulsar p2 time button HELP IF YOU CAN ADVICE

hi i have a little problem with my time button on the p2 . watch keeps great time but when i press for time it sometime jumps to seconds after the time has been displayed. i think the spring has seen better days . can this be fixed and how do i go about geting the button out to check the spring

thanks bucko170 that was great . i will try that very good sir thanks for that . if i press lightly its fine but if i press the middle of the button the seconds stay on until i shake it gentle . so i think it must just be dust etc . will flush out with some wd40 in the morning . :-D

I flushed the button out mate with wd40 and the dirt came out black grime all over the paper . button is working again perfect . and will get better with more use . cheers
