......Could the module be replaced? Are there any alternative modules that can be used or are we basically looking looking at case value only?

one of the displays looks promising but it's hard to tell for sure, I'd say it's a nice case with likely working module and dead displays

Can the display's be replaced? I expect it would be a tall order to find a working display for the the lap timer.
