Seiko 0662, 0624 - Light bulb not working

Post05 Sep 2013, 22:13

Hi,

I have looked over both of the Seiko 0662, 0624 light bulb positions on their perspective MOSS IC boards, and wondered if it is safe to de-soldier, re-soldier them in an attempt to fix a non-functioning light on one of my 0662 modules. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the tech sheet showing the position of the MOSS IC with the light bulb on the circuit board...

Should be possible. The solder points are on the backside of the circuit, see my post for pictures.
