Buttons easy, I have friend with a micro lathe and he has made pushers for some of my watches at a cost. Anything physical can be fabricated including the case.
It's the electronics, LCD and microchip. Although the microchip could be replaced with the appropriate programmed chip a-la SASM.
The LCD, yep, now there is a problem. That one, looked suspect on one picture, outline in grey of some of the segments, but no bleeding, no rainbow (Newton ring) no melting crystals.
A gamble at 2000 but then cash is relative, 2000 may equal 2.00 to the buyer (not me)!
Of course, cleaning up the case and resurfacing it to spec, polishing scratches out of the crystal, adding new pusher, then res-listing it with a 1500 reserve with the following tag:

Watch stored after little wear. Battery removed by previous owner. Was working when stored. Don't have correct battery or ability to test watch. Sold as is
Should get close to 3000
