Recently bought this Micrel led it was offered with the ebay global shipping program.
Because it looked really good practically new and with box and papers i decided
that i put a low bid on it also i wanted to try out the ebay shipping program and how it worked with paypal.
Well it sucks it lets you pay custom taxes you would normally not have to pay to the Netherlands.
So no more bidding for me on objects that are sold by Global Shipping Program on eBay
unless the'll offer an alternative method.

But there is enough said about that.

This morning i opened up the module hooked it up to a battery
used some silver epoxy to redo some traces and button contacts.
And i am now happy to say it's a nice working watch ones again.

It is ALIVE!!!!

Nice box, I have a thing for the boxes these watches came in, I've bought many watches over the years because of liking the box it came in

Your right it is a very nice looking box, i always try to get watches including original paperwork and boxes.
Some are just almost impossible to find complete.
So then i'll go on the hunt for boxes, sometimes i get lucky to find these rare items aswell.
Might take a few years.... But i never give up.
