seiko uw01-0010 watch uc-2000 plus 2200

hi my friend wants me to see his mint Seiko uc-2000 with boxes controller etc . watch is mint working and controller.
I have no idea what value to list this watch for as the prices on ebay go from 900 dollars to 1500 dollars . I don't want to over price his watch what would be a good price for this item . any help would be nice .

$900 - $1500, gives you a mid-price of $1200, that is what I would be thinking, allowing some movement either way to take into consideration it's condition etc.

i just don't know anything about these . my friends fathers old watch hardly been used . put batteries in both watch and controller all working fine with the original paper still in controller don't think his father used it much . I couldent give him a price for watch as I really don't know. he offered me the watch

Those prices sound like the dreamer buy it now prices to me, the ones like "rare crinkle finish p3 £900" for example. In reality I'd say £250 tops, I've bought lots for around £30-50, and £250 is about the most I've ever got for one (mint boxed totally complete).

not when ones like these are listed no less than 900 dollars . up to 1500 dollars on ebay check it your self . you can get lucky with watches . you might have been one of them . but theres 6 listed at these prices . so it wont be that cheap mate maybe 450 gbp will give it a try

you be lucky when a none working watch only with scratches just sold for 90 plus shiping . with no boxes manuals or controller . there asking 400 dollars just for a controller

The ones I've bought cheap were not listed properly, the expensive ones you're quoting are 'buy it now', there's tons of watches on eBay on buy it nows which are waaaay over priced, I guess every now and then a sucker comes along buys one.

yes I have got watches cheap too that's not listed right . theres one listed at 500 gbp . this one has had offers so looking at my one as I gave the man 100 gbp for it as he wanted the cash quick I wont loose on it then

If you get more than £150 for it then count your lucky stars.... unless your still trying to reach for them...

They are an 80's watch that never really caught on - And 80% of the time the transmit coil packs in and can't be replaced or repaired unless you have a donor

cheers but I wont be selling mine for 150 mate . its mint boxed manuals . I only paid 100 for it so it will be sold for 350 or kept boxed

well mate its only been listed for 2 days . with 35 trackers its up to 175 with 7 days to go so I must be lucky . but I still think this watch with everything original manuals boxes all mint should go for 3 to 4 hundered pounds
