To answer my own question, yes I do now, he is the one that won the bidding for the Pulsar Frankenstein watches, the first time I have sold anything for two years and it looks like I might of found someone that doesn't like paying for the items he wins, no payment received and it's now four days after the listing ended and I have sent him two invoices without reply in this time, I thought he might be away for the Easter holidays but he re-listed an item two days ago so I figure he must at least have access to an internet connection. Obviously there could be a simple explanation for the delay but without any correspondence from the winning bidder I am left only with my own speculation, how long do other sellers here wait until they report it to eBay in order to get the selling fees refunded?

Don't give up on them yet - I always leave it a week. Send a message after five days asking if they still want the item then if you haven't heard anything by the time a week has passed file a none payed item case and get them relisted.
