An interesting price...this is what I paid a few weeks ago for a Pulsar 6414-2 (Ladies Oval, 14K solid gold, diamond bezel). I know that some of the early Seikos are rare, and all that, but I can't resist the impression that I got, by a wide margin, the better deal.

I always thought this was an interesting watch (which it is considering its Seiko's first digital movement), but now that I see its full size and in all available angles I believe its one of Seiko's weirdest and (forgive me) ugliest models.
I do however think that the price is reasonable, considering its collectors value now and in the future and its rarity..

Hello,

Personally, I like the 0614-5000 model. I think it looks more appealing and attractive to me. It is just my opinion.

Whatever you might think of the case design, here was a perfectly sized and proportioned LCD display; any departure from this was a step backward...the modern manufacturers could learn some serious lessons from this example.

That was very well said Bruce. What can I say other than I will also try learning from my mistakes. :-)
