If you look very closely at the crystal it has a faint makers mark stamped on it, I can't quite make it out from the photo but you might be able to see it clearer with a magnifying glass.
That´s for sure a Dugena, but the case has been used by Compuchron as well. Dugena is a German company that still exists today. The company name stands for Deutsche Uhrmacher Genossenschaft. The module is an early Sanyo.

thanks for the infos but no did't find something at the crystall but you have right after searching about Dugena Its the same logo as in my warch's bracelet
