Together with a bunch of quite rare watches, I have received the following one WITH A QUITE INNOVATIVE LED APPROACH FOR EARLY QUARTZ WATCHES + A SETTING button existent previously only in the Citizen Cosmotron 7803A Movement – the Special Version
https://sweep-hand.org/2013/11/28/cosmo ... l-version/
But the Quartz Crystron 1974/1975 with LED Flashing and with a PUSH button at 8 HOUR - basically the Citizen 8600 movement, had some NEW/INNOVATIVE approaches, like:
- to flash THE LED when the second hand reach 12 Hours indicator!
but even more:
1) if an Hour Signal was provided by a Radio Station and the second hand is between 31-59 seconds...the 8 HOUR BUTTON will simply RESET the second hand to the correct time!
2) if an Hour Signal was provided by a Radio Station and the second hand is between 01-30 seconds...a push on the 8 HOUR BUTTON will frozen the second hand + the LED indicator will flash EXACTLY the number of seconds remaining until the CORRECT TIME!!! After that moment the second hand will start to move again!!
One can see it at work, in an Youtube movie (NOT my watch!) below:

and now, some pictures of my recently arrived watch, sporting now another Roberto Cavalli genuine Python strap:
Regards,
PS. I already know that was already available a Seiko Cal. 3922/3923 in 1972-1974 with a pulsating power indicator light (LED), but those watches HAVE NOT a QUICK TIME SETTING button/approach!

Every watch should have its own story...consequently, a watch collector has to be a good storyteller :)
