Experimental NII quartz watches in USSR

Post30 Oct 2019, 02:55

I consider these watches are from 1975. The principle like in Beta 21 or Bulova AccuQuartz. There are proto watches, produced by NII (НИИ)- in experimental production. The first watch is based on mechanical Slava 2427 with calendar. It has rudiments of Slava Transistor (Clone of Bulova 214)? the second one is much more close to Slava Transistor (Bulova Accutron 214) with crown on the case back.

The second watch is with the prettiest dark blue dial.

The watches are in the working condition. frequencies are 360 and 800 Hz, quartz resonators are usual, 32768 Hz. The watches has numbers 4 and 4.
