identification help

Post05 Nov 2008, 23:42

I got a Pulsar for my son's birthday and am not really sure what model it is. A number stamped on the back of the case reads 709963. Does that mean anything and can it help identify the model?

The models I can recall seeing with a serial number in the 700000 range are the Ladies' Oval and Cushion, the stainless PRM, and the Mens' Dress [both red and green displays]. That's my best guess [my money is on the Dress model]; better yet, post a pic, and we'll pin it down in a heartbeat.

I repaired the piece...I had to replace the back as the tab was completely ripped off. Definately a Men's Classic, model 5210, which indicates it is gold-filled case and bracelet with a Day-of-week module.
