I think the real issue is the members here are bothered by you posting announcements of items for sale as if you just stumbled across the item and don't know who the seller is. It is just irritating. As I've told you before, just come straight and say, "hey, I've got this item up on ebay" or "I have this item I was going to put on ebay but thought I'd offer to you guys first". There is nothing wrong with selling to other collectors, mostl of them rotate portions of their collection from time to time. I do the same thing with my guitars, guns and such - sometimes I just want a new "toy" and one of the old ones has to go.

PigeAULD2, if you would have looked at those old posts under the Pulsar section you would have determined:
There is no registry of the serial numbers on the case backs (yet?)
And there is nothing particularly rare about this module

Are the pinwheel battery contacts giving you the impression this is very rare? It's an earlier model, but not 'rareified'. In fact, most people hate these pinwheel jobs. And it's missing the Pulsar sticker on the module - which believe it or not - drops the value of the watch immensely. I'll give you 40 quid for it. ;-)
AFTER SELLING THE OTHER ONE THAT CAME WITH THIS ONE THAT YOU ALL HAD A STINK ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT STARTED WITH A 7 FOR 325 QUID YOU MUST BE A JOKER MATE M:)W:)M

It was a joke AULDAD! I thought for sure you would have perceived it as a joke. 40 quid for a classic Pulsar like that?
It was a ridiculously low-ball price. You could easily get 45 for it......

(OK - that was a joke too!)

How do you like it? How does it wear? Bright display?

AULDLAD's avatar is a stock photo out of the gallery.

I have an identical one in gold tone by Mercury, it is a nice big (very big) chunky piece, not one to wear if you don't want to draw attention to yourself, the display is of average brightness, the crystal is quite narrow which cuts down the viewing angle a little. On the plus side the size does at least make operating the calculator a little easier.

Wow, he is mad at us now. :-(

But seriously AULDLAD, you have a mysterious way of presenting yourself and these things. There is nothing dishonorable in reselling watches you got a good deal on or where you assembled a package of the correct box with the correct watch, etc. Where you got tripped up was you thought there was a need to be *disingenuous with the crew here.

Look, you came back here, you apparently want to keep on with the watches - just be frank about what you are doing, understand that the "common folk" here are knowledgeable and you are not likely to sell one of them on a "magic bean". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_and_the_Beanstalk

Save the smooth sales talk for ebay newbies who haven't done their homework!

How does the old saying go... its got words in it...lets see...pot, kettle and oh yes black.

Your attitude and your "sons" attitude stinks if you've found a proper person to deal with why are you still posting here...?, this is a LED watch enthusiasts/collectors forum and its a quite friendly place to be as is the other LED watch forum if your not happy please feel free to start your own LED watch forum or in a nice polite Scottish manner bugger off... !@@!

If I have offended others on here please accept my humble apology but this guy really gets on my tits...

No offence - but simply to ignore His Holy Trinity is also an option ;-)
BTW did anybody notice that shortly before father AULDLAD appeared in this forum, son pigeon2 disappeared? Did the father do any harm to his son? Has he stolen his son's computer? Has he cut off his internet connection? What happend to pigeon2 - flapped away, or whizzed off on his geezer? Veeeery mysterious, all of this.... ;-)
