andrew, i guess that's what i have, the 902. i do have the DOW and flick-wrist but that function doesn't function very often. i just kind of forget about it. also i was able to obtain a very nice 14k g/f case and bracelet from one of our very nice members and i swapped out the s/s into the g/f. i think the g/f looks nicer and the s/s one i have is near mint and i wasn't wearing it too much because i didn't want to mark it up. i didn't know there are about a dozen exposed wirebonds or more on the display until i lifted the module out. it had never been out before either. i had to remove the silicone dabs on the mounting screws. that process[changing it out] occupied my new years eve until just before midnight. , but it all came out ok and looks and works nicely except for the flick doo-hickey.

You were so lucky you didn't damage the wire bonds on the display of that calc Peter. It's sort of natural to place it down, face first when you remove it from the case. I suppose you'd have had a double celebration when midnight ticked over.
I recently bought a GF calc in Australia, in unknown condition for $65 !! The seller only shipped to Australia, and had it listed very poorly......hence the cheap price. Anyway, when it arrived, I noticed one of the buttons was upside down. I Immediately got that sinking feeling, knowing that the module had been removed, probably by an idiot.
Sure enough, it worked, but the display was damaged I'm thinking about options for a new display. Obviously it has to be 6 digits, each with a decimal point. I'm thinking about using 6 of the Monsanto Synchronar digits. Only problem is they might be too high.......

The good people at Fast-Fix replaced 4 of the 6 cheese-head screws on the case-back with Phillips head screws that sat proud of the caseback. So it seems the seller of my watch got a little more for their money than I first thought . Forgot to mention that the $67.95 included a 10% discount!!
