Picked up 2 watch, a Seiko & Adec, need Adec info.

I picked up 2 watches this weekend, a nice Seiko and an Adec. I put batteries in them and they both came alive, no problems so far.
These are my first "classic" lcds. I found some good info on the Seiko, but not much on the Adec. Anyone have any info on it?

Adec was a brand name used by Citizen watch Co in some markets- I have the same watch branded as a Citizen 7 model.
