There are a number of different Seiko manuals- modules and the parts therein are in the technical manuals (usually looseleaf sheets you had to assemble into a folder) and the external bracelet/case are in the casing manuals- there are separate ones for quartz and manual watches. The casing manuals contain all the codes for straps/bracelets, case, crystals, buttons, gaskets etc Essentially all the "mechanical" parts aside from movement or module. Seiko tended to issue one "master" copy every five years with annual updates.
