pulsar executive setting problems

hi hope someone can help .
i have a pulsar executive magnet setting. the watch wont set at all with any of the magnets tried a p2 magnet too.
i have a stronger magnet. not a watch magnet. but it can set the watch fine is there anything i can do to get the watch setting again with the proper magnet

I have found the same with several magnet set Hamilton and Pulsar LED's, I think it is due to the loss of magnetism over the course of time, it is not anything that has worried me at all, I just use a stronger newer magnet to set the time. I am sure there will be a way to re-magnetise the originals but suspect it is not something that is easily achieved.

thats 5 diverant magnets from pulsars i have tried but none work on the watch. i have a magnet about 2 inches long that i can set it with. i dont think its the magnets them selfs as they work on other watches . could it be the module in the watch
