It's actually tough to tell if this is stainless or goldfilled (his Hamilton was goldfilled, so this just might be stainless, for the sake of variety). Interesting...I know I saw all the episodes when they originally aired...I remember the Hamilton very clearly, but not the Date/Command; very odd, since I bought my SS P3 right about that time, and somehow, it didn't catch my eye. Did this just make every P3 out there a bit more collectible? That would be nice, since I must have more than 50 of them... :-D
Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell for certain if this one is solid gold (Mr. Savalas could certainly afford such a luxury item), but, since this was essentially a "prop" provided by the studio, I'm guessing it was probably goldfilled...
